100-Day Quality Warranty

At Rune Jewelry Co., we stand behind every piece we bring to our customers. That’s why we offer a 100-Day Quality Warranty on all purchases.

What’s Covered

If your jewelry tarnishes, breaks, or otherwise shows signs of defect from normal use within 100 days of delivery, we’ll make it right, at no cost to you. (Excluding shipping return costs.)

Depending on the situation, you may choose one of the following:

  • A free replacement of the same item (or equivalent value if the original is unavailable), or
  • A full refund of your purchase price.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear from long-term use beyond the warranty period
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Alterations or repairs made by third parties
  • Contact with harsh chemicals (cleaners, chlorine, perfumes, etc.)

How to Make a Claim

To start a claim:

  1. Email support@runejewelryco.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.
  2. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.
  3. Once approved, we’ll provide a free return shipping label (if applicable) and process your replacement or refund within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or receipt from runejewelryco.com is required for all warranty claims.

Limit of Liability

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and is limited to the original purchaser.
Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to replacement or refund of the original product.
Rune Jewelry Co. is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.


This warranty applies only to purchases made directly from runjewelryco.com.
